General Information

The Vididalsa II beat, is the lowest section of the Vididalsa river. It has been very popular with anglers for decades, and for good reason: All of the fish that run the Vididalsa and Fitja rivers – big char, trout and salmon – pass through this beat. The Vididalsa II offers a great variety of pools with good accessibility. Making it ideal for fly fishing.

Fishing is arranged on a bespoke basis for up to three rods. Here anglers can expect a layered experience as the Víðidalsá II is a true multi species beat. The star of the group is undoubtedly the Char. The beat has a lot of both sea run Arctic Char and local Char. Additionally, anglers can encounter aggressive local and sea- run trout as well. Apart from those, all of the salmon heading up to the main Víðidalsá beat need to pass through here as well.
